With a quantitative and qualitative approach, through observation techniques and documentary research, the course has been offered in the postgraduate Program in Management & Knowledge Organization, at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, in the second semester of 2022 and 2023. For measuring the results was considered academic performance and an optional form filling without identification.
