Les petits travailleurs du siecle : Sur Petites natures mortes au travail (2000) d’Yves Pagès

Abstract

Many of the fictions of Yves Pagès claim a taste for political controversy and claims libertarians: Petites natures mortes au travail (2000) is one of them. Composed of 24 short stories, this fiction is written without exacerbating militancy but shows through the mode of fragment new world of work, where workers rush to part-time in entertainment industry. All Characters are contractors, unemployed at the end of Rights and precarious. I will follow a tri-axial plan to show that the writer Yves Pagès with his serie of painting develops a gallery of the working class of the French at the end of the XXth Century. The first part will explicit the poetic of fragment, the second will draw a provocative portrait of Pagès and the third will explain the changing world of real work in terms of fiction.
