About the Journal

REVELAR - Journal of Photography and Image Studies edited by the Department of Heritage Studies, of the Faculty of Artes and Humanities of University of Porto is a scientific journal published annually, with blind peer review, whose digital edition fully respects the criteria of the Open Access to Information policy. It accepts contributions in the field of photographic studies, History of Photography, image studies, History of Visual Culture and photographic essaies.
