Abstract

This article proposes a rereading of works by Québec women writers in order to follow the modes of representation of the bodies of women in Québec literature from the 1930s to the current period. Within this historical context, we will try to understand how the battle for the appropriation of women’s bodies by women, at the beginning of the XXIst century, has slipped toward a new servitude.
